How it works

A clear process—so you know what happens next.

Whether you need a single workshop or a multi‑week implementation sprint, you’ll get a transparent plan, practical deliverables, and a calm approach to responsible AI.

The workflow

You can use this as a simple internal checklist when coordinating training or procurement.

Step 1 — Discovery call (15–30 minutes)

We clarify your audience, desired outcomes, constraints, and the “success signals” that matter. You’ll also get an honest recommendation—even if the right answer is a smaller first step.

Step 2 — Proposal & scope

You receive a simple proposal with: format, agenda, customization level, deliverables, timeline, and cost. No hidden upsells—just clarity.

Step 3 — Preparation

I gather examples, align to your policies, and finalize materials. If you want tailored exercises, we’ll use anonymized samples or safe data—not confidential information.

Step 4 — Delivery

Live online delivery (workshop, PD, or sprint). Sessions are interactive, with practice time, Q&A, and tangible takeaways.

Step 5 — Follow‑through

You receive materials (templates, prompt patterns, checklists) and a next‑steps plan. Optional add‑ons include office hours and prompt library refinement.

Step 6 — Adoption support (optional)

If you want to scale: we create a simple playbook, internal champions plan, and measurement approach that fits your culture.

What I’ll ask you for

To keep things efficient, I keep requests lightweight. Typically:

  • Who is the audience and what is their starting level?
  • What tools do you currently use (or plan to use)?
  • What tasks do you want to improve (drafting, planning, analysis, lesson design, etc.)?
  • Any constraints (privacy policies, sector requirements, student guidelines)?

If you don’t have clear answers yet, that’s normal. We can define them together in the discovery call.

What you’ll take away

  • Shared vocabulary so teams stop talking past each other
  • Prompt patterns that improve consistency (not “magic prompts”)
  • Verification checklist to reduce mistakes and overconfidence
  • Safe sharing guidance and red‑flag examples
  • Next‑steps plan with small, practical actions

Logistics & communication

Built for busy teams—simple scheduling, clear expectations, and respectful boundaries.

Scheduling

We’ll find a time that fits your group. For multi-session programs, we’ll map a realistic cadence.

Delivery platform

Most sessions run on Zoom or your preferred platform. I provide slide decks and exercises in shareable formats.

Privacy-first demos

We avoid confidential data and model safe workflows. If your org has policies, we build within them.

Ready to talk through your situation?

If you tell me who the training is for and what you’re trying to improve, I’ll recommend the best starting point.
