Getting started
What is AI Online Classroom, exactly?
AI Online Classroom is a training studio led by Mary Flynn. I deliver live online workshops, educator professional development, curriculum design, and short implementation sprints focused on practical AI use and responsible habits.
What’s the best first step?
A short discovery call. We’ll clarify your audience, goals, constraints (privacy, policies, tools), and success signals. Then I’ll recommend a simple starting point.
Do you work with individuals or only organizations?
Both. Most engagements are for teams, but 1:1 coaching is available when it’s a good fit.
Formats & logistics
Are sessions live or self-paced?
Primary delivery is live online because it creates better practice and Q&A. Curriculum projects can include materials that support self-paced learning as well.
Do you provide a recording?
Recordings are optional. Some groups want a recording for onboarding; others prefer a no-recording environment for openness. We’ll choose what aligns with your policies.
What do participants need?
Just a laptop and access to any AI tools you want to use. I can also run tool-agnostic training that focuses on transferable skills.
Can you tailor content to our industry?
Yes. We use anonymized examples and sample data to keep privacy boundaries intact while making exercises feel relevant.
Privacy & responsible use
Do we have to share confidential information?
No. I design training so you can practice without pasting sensitive data into AI tools. I’ll help you define a “safe-to-share” boundary for your team.
Do you cover AI risks and verification?
Yes. We cover limitations, hallucinations, bias, and verification habits. The goal is confident use with critical thinking.
Do you provide policy templates?
I can provide simple, plain-language guidance and templates. For formal legal policy, I recommend reviewing with your organization’s counsel.
Pricing & procurement
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on format (workshop vs. sprint), customization, number of sessions, and deliverables (templates, recordings, curriculum assets). You’ll receive a clear quote after a discovery call.
Do you offer discounts for schools or nonprofits?
In some cases, yes—depending on scope and scheduling flexibility. Ask and we’ll see what’s possible.
Can you work within an RFP or vendor setup process?
Yes. I can provide the information you need for approval and work with your procurement requirements when shared in advance.
