Refund Policy

At AI Learning Nexus, Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality, adaptive educational content. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer a clear refund policy for our courses.

1. General Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@aionlineclassroom.com.

**Time Limit:** A full refund is available within **14 days** of the initial course purchase date.
**Usage Limit:** The student must have accessed **no more than 25%** of the total course material (measured by completed modules or video watch time). If more than 25% of the course has been accessed, the purchase is non-refundable.
**Certification:** If the student has already received a certificate of completion for the course, the purchase is non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and situations are generally non-refundable:

Purchases made after the 14-day window.
Fees for digital goods, personalized AI coaching sessions, or services that have been fully rendered.
Exam or certification voucher fees paid to third-party providers.
Courses purchased as part of a heavily discounted bundle or promotion, where stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

3. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within **10–15 business days**. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
