Abstract:
In this talk, we will present the blue-print for a deployed, scalable healthcare machine-learning platform. To create the platform we used big-data technology stacks such as Apache Kafka, MongoDB, Apache Spark, Splunk, and Mirth Connect. Here, we will share our experience on translating clinical challenges into data science optimization problem, developing and deploying real-time machine learning engine, and operationalizing machine learning use cases.
