Abstract:
Digital technologies have an unprecedented economic, social and political impact – particularly AI. Organizations need to change and innovate to stay competitive and increase productivity, and employees need to develop new competencies to work with AI-related technologies. Organizations and employees need to reskill and upskill, and the concept of lifelong (experiential) learning sets free the capacities of aspiring individuals as well as providing support to a growing need of agile, entrepreneurial, robot-proof makers and doers. In this presentation we will discuss how organizations and employees can navigate their way through the workforce opportunities and challenges in the era of digital transformation in Healthcare.
