Join Professor Mark Parsons, Director of EPCC, and Andy Hock, VP of Product at Cerebras, as they announce a new joint offering to deliver broader access to dedicated AI compute at EPCC’s new international data facility for the Edinburgh & SE Scotland City Region.

EPCC recently acquired the first Cerebras CS-1 system in Europe for natural language processing (NLP) and data science research across public, private, and academic organizations. The Cerebras CS-1 system uses the largest processor ever built—the Wafer Scale Engine (WSE)— to greatly reduce training time for state of the art models.

Our speakers will be discussing Cerebras’s distinct advantages over traditional training infrastructure, relevant use cases, and opportunities to apply for early testing and access.
