Having previously been on the periphery of AI advancement due to the complexity of human interaction and the lack of proven ROI, NLP is now becoming common practice among forward-thinking businesses, whether this is to support customer services, provide value-added services, or automate internal operations. In this session, we examine real-life use cases of NLP that have graduated from production to implementation and explore how businesses can take advantage of the technology.
