People Analytics at Mars was formed two years ago as part of an ambitious journey to transform our HR analytics capabilities. To transform, we needed to build foundational services to provide our associates with helpful insights through fast results and resolving complex problems. Critical in that foundation are data governance and data enablement which is the responsibility of the Mars People Data Office team whose focus is to deliver high quality and reliable data that is reusable for current and future People Analytics use cases.
