In this session, we’ll hear how recession impacts everyone in different ways, and why it is important for brands to pay attention to their audience and really understand consumer needs. We’ll discover how to avoid complacency and look for ways to provide the tangible support customers need. This session will also explore what needs to be in place organisationally to be able to respond to rapidly changing consumer needs.
