We aim to understand how AI can affect the digital divide. In this era of digital transformation led by AI and information and communication technologies (ICTs), we seek to examine a national solution to bridge the digital divide by introducing a new policy called digital inclusion. To this end, we first explore the concept of digital divide, and then look at digital inclusion policies in Korea.
