This chapter introduces five public service cases using artificial intelligence in Korea. These cases include intelligent human resource recommendation, monitoring of state- and public-owned lands, city administration monitoring (Salpiso in Korean), prediction and management of underground environment pollution, and electric fire prevention and early alarming system. The participants in the course are expected to learn about how government organizations harness artificial intelligence from those five cases.
